INTRODUCTION >> NPS-X-15A/NPS-X-15B
NPS-X-15A/NPS-X-15B 超薄型高速奈米級定位平台專為高速、超精密應用設計，最初開發用於磁頭(MR Head)與硬碟驅動測試(Disk Drive Testing)，確保高可靠性與高吞吐量。
該平台具備極小尺寸與毫秒級響應速度，特別適合高精度需求的應用。其低移動質量與高剛性相結合，可實現超高頻寬的動態表現。
內部搭載電容式感測器(Capacitive Sensor)，提供次奈米級(Sub-Nanometer)的位移測量，並可進行超過16微米(16μm)的閉迴路精確控制。精密的彈性導引設計(Flexure Guidance)可最大程度減少寄生運動，典型值低於1微弧度(1μrad)。
結合Queensgate 數位閉迴路控制器(Digital Closed-Loop Controllers)，NPS-X-15A (不鏽鋼) / NPS-X-15B (鋁合金) 可達成毫秒級響應與穩定時間，確保極致精準與穩定的運作表現。
